Processing Time:
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after your order confirmation is received.
Order Verification:
In some situations, additional verification may be necessary. This may result in a slight delay before shipment.
Shipping Destination:
At this time, MOFU MOFU delivers within West Malaysia and to Singapore only.
Standard Shipping
Malaysia (WM): Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after order processing is completed.
Shipping Fees:
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option.
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timelines, actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or unforeseen events. MOFU MOFU cannot be held responsible for delays arising from such circumstances.
During high-volume periods such as festive seasons, promotional campaigns, or major sales events, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased courier demand. We encourage customers to place orders early during these periods to minimize potential delays.
Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. MOFU MOFU is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Incorrect Address Orders:
Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. You may use this number to track your parcel directly via the courier’s official tracking platform.
Transit Issues:
MOFU MOFU is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged while in the custody of the courier.
