Frequently Asked Questions

Contact Us Call us

Questions, answered.

1. How does the subscription work?

Choose your recipe and quantity. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date you placed your first order. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th, your card will be charged on the 15th of every following month, and your order will be shipped automatically after.

2. Can I switch recipes between months?

Yes - switch between Fresh Chicken & Superfoods and Fresh Duck & Chicken any time before your next ship date. You can switch recipe in your account.
3. Is there a commitment?

Zero. Cancel anytime, no fees, no questions asked. You can skip, swap, or cancel anytime in your account.
4. Do I need to reorder every month?

Nope! Your subscription takes care of everything — we’ll automatically prepare and ship your box each month. Everything runs automatically after you subscribe.
5. Do I need to worry about shipping after I subscribe?

Not at all, everything is handled for you. Once you subscribe, your orders are automatically processed and shipped on schedule every month. You’ll receive updates along the way, and you can manage or adjust your deliveries anytime in your account.

I am still confused!
