We didn’t want to be another “pet food” company.

Over time, feeding started to feel overly industrial - rushed processes, extreme heat, oily coatings, and ingredients designed more for efficiency than care.

But living with cats teaches you something different. They are sensitive, observant, and surprisingly honest about what feels good to them.

So we created MOFU MOFU.

Not as a trend, but as a quieter alternative. A slower, more thoughtful approach to everyday feeding.

Because we believe good food should be made with patience, intention, and respect for the animals we share our lives with.

We believe in the slow way.
The hard way.

Tested on cats. They actually finished it. Even the pickiest cats.

We began developing our recipes in early 2025, believing there had to be a gentler way to make dry food.

A slower process.
Lower temperatures.
Less unnecessary oil.

Many told us it wasn’t practical.
That traditional high-heat production would always be faster, easier, and more efficient.

But we stayed stubborn about the things that mattered.

Protecting proteins. Keeping probiotics alive.

Creating a crunch cats genuinely enjoy - without relying on greasy coatings or artificial tricks.

So we kept refining.
Again and again.

And eventually, something simple happened.
The bowls came back empty.

A Kuala Lumpur tribute.

MOFU MOFU was born in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

It started in the quiet corners of our city - from the resilient street cats of our local neighborhoods to the pampered indoor kings and queens of the high-rises. The chaotic, vibrant energy of KL taught us one thing: whether a cat is lounging on a designer sofa or watching the world from a sunlit window, their nature remains the same.

They deserve food that respects that nature.

We don’t do “fast.” We don’t do “mass-produced.”
We do slow-baked, high-protein nutrition that actually tastes like food. Because a cat isn’t just a pet.

They are family. And you don’t feed family shortcuts.

    Launching our flagship slow-baked series. Featuring our first two essential formulas
    - Fresh Chicken & Superfoods and Fresh Duck & Chicken - engineered for optimal health and irresistible flavor.

  • Late 2026 - New Horizons

    Broadening our range with the launch of an innovative new formula and a unique signature flavor. Dedicated to continuous improvement and providing a diverse menu for the modern feline.

  • Mid 2027 - Product Expansion

    Expanding our horizons with the launch of wet food, canned varieties, and healthy snacks. Creating a 360-degree nutritional experience for every stage of a cat's life.
